Every product has its own particular characteristics, especially when it comes to geometry.
Some products made in De Angeli Prodotti, despite their long history, have special geometric features. Some examples:
- Simple (round and flat),
- Elaborate (trapezoidal or Z-shaped segments),
- Specific (trolley wires)
Our Delta Vision Plus allows us to verify specific profiles by loading the product’s profile created in DXF format (processed with professional design software). This way, we can easily check elaborate and specific geometries.
With this instrument, we can also check the thickness of the polymer insulation on rectangular wires by creating embedded samples (mounting), as well as verifying the radii of curvature (Figure 1).

This instrument, with the optical zoom it is equipped with, also allows us to perform magnifications to check the surface appearance.
