HTLS conductors

The global growth of the request for electricity and the exponential transition to renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar, is forcing TSOs (Transmission System Operators) to reorganize and re-power their networks. The difficulty of building new infrastructure corridors of overhead power lines has led to the research and development of HTLS (High Thermal Low Sag) conductors that allow to transport a greater amount of energy while meeting the sag parameters, without modifying or replacing the existing pylons.
