To consistently guarantee the highest quality and to continuously improve the products we offer, precise and reliable analyses are necessary. The digital microscope meets this need, offering high-magnification observations and the ability to document material characteristics in detail.

The Keyence VHX-7000N digital microscope allows us to perform many types of measurements easily and quickly, making it an extremely versatile and powerful tool, with magnification levels that can reach up to 2000x.
Morphological Analysis
This involves the analysis of the external appearance and surface of the samples. Acquiring sharp images, even at high magnification, allows us to qualitatively assess the material’s condition and identify any defects such as scratches, cracks, or non-uniformities.
Dimensional Analysis (2D)
The microscope’s software enables the processing and quantitative analysis of the acquired images, such as length, area, and angle. These features are fundamental for measuring the thickness of insulating layers, the dimensions and uniformity of radii, and much more with extreme precision, with a margin of error below a micron.

Topographical Analysis (3D)
This software module allows us to create a faithful three-dimensional reconstruction of the material under examination and to perform measurements of profile, depth, height, and roughness. Through these functionalities, we can ensure the best quality for the products we offer, by quantifying any irregularities and defects on the material and evaluating surface planarity.

In addition to its powerful analysis capabilities, the system also integrates advanced data collection functions. Images can be saved, and measurements can be converted into downloadable reports. Another significant advantage is the instrument’s ability to automatically stitch a single image from a series of high-magnification images, thereby obtaining a complete overview of the sample with a high level of detail and entirely in focus.
