Retention Period. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period for your personal data is:

• 180 days: google recaptcha, youtube;
• 365 days: iubenda, polylang;
• 730 days: google analytics;
• 90 days: facebook,net;
• permanent: google, youtube;
• session: youtube.

Reg. EU 2016/679: Artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:

   • the purposes and methods of processing;

   • the identification details of the controller, the processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
   • updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
