Warnings

Tighten all nuts before stringing

Remove fixing before stringing

Don’t lay flat

Place on flat lands

How to load/unload reels

Load the reels on the truck, tying them with the appropriate belts and saddles

 

Proceed with the unloading operation of the coils using the lift sling

 

The reels should be placed on flat ground, with no leanings, dry and without irregularities

 

Please carefully read the sheet with the precautions attached on the reel (see the attached PDF on the bottom of this page)

Handling of reels on site

The coils should always be handled using the lift sling

The coils must be stored in a horizontal axis

 

Before using the reel you must tighten all nuts

 

After tightening the nuts you can proceed with stringing

 

Mount the reels on easels winders properly

 

Remove the attachment from the final end of the rope before unrolling the rope

Loading empty reel

Before you load the reel onto the truck it is preferable to fix all nuts

Load the empty reels on the truck using the sling
