We wanted to take the opportunity of Open Factory to collect in this volume the Newsletters that we have shared monthly using this format since 2016.
They collect very heterogeneous articles ranging from business successes, investments, innovations, the entry of new colleagues rather than the retirement of the organisation’s big players, to the simple day-to-day life of the company.
We believe that this overview can give a clear impression of the great dynamism of our organisation, and allows us to grasp how the company’s logic finds concrete application over time in thousands of large and small, but coherent and convergent actions. These actions are implemented by a cohesive and diverse team, and are comprehensively directed towards the Mission of Ecological Transition, via many more and more Modern Conductors, thanks to an Organisational Model based on Trust.
